Mask-wearing policies

We require attendees to wear masks upon entry and exit to the studio. Once at the individual work out stations, masks may be removed, if desired.

Social distancing measures

Our class size is limited to 10, which is 33% of a normal class size, which not only follows our state mandates but also allows for proper social distancing between classmates. Each attendee has their own private station that is delineated by marked boundaries.

Extra sanitation

After each class, clients wipe down their equipment with anti-bacterial wipes followed by our deep cleaning of each station and all equipment using vital oxide, a medical grade disinfectant and virucide. The carpet is then vacuumed and sprayed using a mist of vital oxide.
