Amazing workout! Shon is great—instructive, supportive, and motivating. Music is loud which helped keep me going through a workout that truly challenged me. Sore for days after but in a good way! Other women in the class were friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

Boot camp with Shon Reese is the best! She’s very encouraging and hands on. She really puts in the effort to make sure that you are getting the most out of your workout. The studio is very clean and really strives to be zero waste. I love that she requires everyone to clean shoes before getting on the workout floor.

This class is challenging! Shon makes you work hard and sweat, but you will feel so accomplished after!

Shon is great! The reviews saying she’s too rough with words/borderline rude made me a little apprehensive to take the class, but after meeting her I think she’s a good instructor. She’s straightforward and will tell you what to do or what not to do, and she has to shout over the loud music, but she’s clearly not trying to be actively rude. I had a fantastic workout and was exhausted afterwards even though I have experience doing HIIT/circuit type workouts. I don’t think I’d be able to work out so hard independently outside of a class environment, so totally worth the credits!

What is ClassPass?
