How to get there

Located in unit 240-858 Beatty St. Enter the building then go up the stairs on your left. Pass the elevators and head down the hallway to your right. Room 240 is the first door on the left. **For early morning classes, classes after 6pm, and weekend classes: students will not be able to access the studio themselves, so please wait downstairs and the instructor will let you in prior to class starting!

Great class! Came here as I was traveling, and it was the perfect intensity for a boot camp workout. Teri-Lynn was great at providing feedback and offering scaling options for every workout. Space was a little tight, but it worked out fine.

The class has great energy! The people who attend this class are also very friendly! The only downside is the space is small, and we quickly ran out of equipment (weights 10-15 were completely gone) as the class was very full. At this class, it didnt matter as I was getting used to the moves still and I still found it challenging. Katie did provide alternative workout ideas for students who were using different equipment (dumbbells instead of weights), which was great!

What is ClassPass?
