About this studio
Power Ryde is one of the only full-tilt indoor cycling studio. Their RealRyder bikes which tilt left and right, working your arms, abs, and legs in one high-energy 45-minute class! Since their bikes lean side-to-side you will burn 20-30% more calories than traditional indoor cycling and you will have a lot more fun while doing so. How to prepare
Please wear whatever workout clothes you normally exercise in. Leggings or tight-fitting bottoms are preferred to loose shorts. Gym shoes or indoor cycling shoes can be worn. Bring water. Towels provided. Also, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class so we can get you properly set-up on the bike!
