How to prepare

Please note that first time students must arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. First time clients are not permitted into class once it starts. You must wear closed-toe barre socks in the studio during class; no shoes or bare feet are permitted. They do sell grippy socks at the studio!

Good workout, but this location smells really bad. It smells like an old locker room in the studios.

Courtney is a sweetheart and SO good at corrections. Mat 57 is tough but she makes sure you utilize each movement and leave feeling strong!

Will was great -- motivating, challenging and helpful with form! A general critique I have of classes (not particular to any instructor) is that the stretches are always rushed. It's an equally important component and time should be built in.
