How to prepare

Please note that first time students must arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. First time clients are not permitted into class once it starts. You must wear closed-toe barre socks in the studio during class; no shoes or bare feet are permitted. They do sell grippy socks at the studio!

I love Cecilys class. Its the only workout class that I will save for after work (I typically work out in the mornings). Just a note for patrons: my wallet was stolen from this location during my last class. I had my wallet out to buy a top from their merch section. I guess in the rush to get to class, I didnt put it back in my locker, but it was gone when I got out of class one hour later. Not P57s fault, but really disappointing. Its a beautiful brand new studio. Im shocked that out of all places, this is where Id get my wallet stolen. Ladies, be careful!!
F.I.T. (Focused Interval Training) with Adam
Adam pays attention to everyone individually and is super energetic and welcoming. Always a great workout. Not sure if Im a fan of the new studio though- feels kind of sterile. The old one was very cozy with warm lighting.

What is ClassPass?
