Betsy is a great sweat workout blend of no breaks, cardio, strength and yoga.

The class I took was challenging yet accessible. It has been a while since I’ve had a regular workout routine, so I felt really good that I able to do the whole class. That said, I will definitely be sore tomorrow!

Great space and studio but more focused on HIIT and strength classes than yoga. Yoga was 60 Min of slightly warm, traditional sequence w music from adjacent studio vibrating through the wall.

Please bring gym shoes and a mat for all classes. No street shoes please.

We offer a HUGE variety of classes such as HIIT, Strength, TRX, Circuit, Sculpt, Barre, Yoga and many fusions of these classes. Our instructors teach to the highest level of athlete in the room while offering modifications for anyone who needs/wants them.

What is ClassPass?
