About this studio
PERTH YOGA FOR EVERYBODY is a social yoga group for anyone wanting to learn or re-establish the foundations of their practice to increase your body's energy, vitality and mobility. Our Sunday South Perth Foreshore classes are at Sir James Mitchell Park, looking out over the river and the city in the park. We also host indoor yoga classes at the Citizen's Centre that are both engaging (tuesdays) and less engaging (fri) to both externally build muscle tissue and to internally release various tensions stored in your fascia and interconnective tissue. How to prepare
Please bring your own mat or towel and wear loose clothes. We have spare mats and blocks you can borrow. It is recommended that you avoid eating less than 3 hours prior to classes. If you have any injuries, concerns about a particular aspect of your health or any circumstances that may affect the benefits of your practice (including pregnancy) please advise your your teacher upon arriving to class.
How to get there
Our indoor classes take place at The Senior Citizens Hall and St James Mitchell Park on Coode St. Travel up Coode Street, away from the park up the hill on the corner of Angelo Street behind the NAB bank is the hall there's 2 hr parking or bus access. Our outdoor classes are by located in 3 public locations: - left of the car park in front of the Fun Cats boat dock at the end of Coode Street, Sir James Mitchell Park in South Perth; - Rushmore Loop Park, Baldivis; and - Bell Park Reserve on Rockingham foreshore. Look for the yoga mats.
