Mini-Tramp with Kim
I was instructed once how to be on a tramp from a previous instructor however when I came in for my first time there was a lack in explanation of how the body should move. It’s a great workout regardless and a powerful one when you’re doing it right. Perhaps she just wanted to let us have fun and try it out.

What is ClassPass?
