About this studio

Fight Club is a 60-minute 'contact' cardio kickboxing class, incorporating heavy bags, speed bags, kick bags, weights, kettlebells and more into a workout that you’ll love!

How to prepare

New Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes early or they'll be rescheduled due to safety concerns. Parking can be tricky, but we validate at the parking garage next door. Bring a water bottle, and we'll take care of the rest!

How to get there

Parking on campus can be tricky, which is why we validate at The Quarters Parking Garage, located at the corner of 22 ½ Street and Rio Grande Street, next to Pluckers. Just bring in your ticket and we'll take care of it! Due to safety concerns, new clients must arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out waivers and receive instruction regarding hand-wrapping and proper technique or risk being turned away.

Fight Club with Jill
Jill was kind and welcoming, explaining and demonstrating each workout and encouraging us newbies! The other women in the class were nice and helped me when I wasn’t quite sure if I was doing something correctly. I burned 700 calories (mind you, I took breaks during the class so I wouldn’t pass out and STILL got to 700). And this morning my abs hurt so much I can’t sit up in bed. If you’ve wanted to try kickboxing, do it!! This class involves 0 partner work and plenty of one on one instruction. I left grinning ear to ear. Highly recommend!

His class was super fast-paced, with a focus on cardio and core, which I loved. Beginner friendly, but definitely geared more towards advanced clients

Kaitlyn was great at explaining the workout and the gym (it was my first time). Workout was good!

Go more thank 5 mins early to class if it’s your first time because they won’t let you in! They didn’t let my friend in and we all got very sad :( BUT LIA IS THE BEST! Can’t wait to sign up for her next class :)

What is ClassPass?
