Yoga FLow
Yoga Flow with Archana proved to be an invigorating, refreshing class. I enjoyed the sequences in the flow, and found it appropriately challenging without being tiring. The gentle stretches and breathing techniques toward the end of the class were great. Archana is attentive to individual students’ poses and alignment, and brings a sense of ease in the way she conducts the class. The studio is bright and airy, non air conditioned, which worked fine. Look forward to attending again!

What is ClassPass?
