Vaccination policies

All instructors are required to be fully vaccinated or wear a mask during class.

Mask-wearing policies

All instructors and attendees who are not fully vaccinated are required to wear a mask. Anyone who is fully vaccinated may wear a mask if it makes them feel more safe.

Social distancing measures

Limited studio capacity to allow for plenty of space between mats.

Ventilation system

Weather permitting, the large windows of the studio are open during classes. At other times the air conditioner is set to bring in outside air, and there are fans in the room to keep air circulating.
