Usually more cardio but still a good workout
Tabata Bootcamp
This is not a beginner class. You’re moving and going 80% of the time. The moves are for those who are relatively familiar to working out and there are zero modifications provided. Wear pants and possibly bring gloves or grab a towel because you’re on a fake grass/turf on your hands and knees 50% of the class. Pay attention to the weights at the stations and if the instructor hasn’t grabbed a weight suitable for you you’ll have about 10 seconds to grab your own. Overall a great workout but not for everyone.
Bootcamp 60
Lot of fun as you are doing something totally different each round. It’s exciting!

Love this class. Instructor was motivating and movements were challenging!

Instructor was amazing! He was really patient and corrected my form throughout the class.

Energetic class. Wish there would have been enough activities for 2 circuits rather than 3 though, and modified exercises to make the activity harder or easier.

Small group class with a personal feel. If youre looking to get a quick toning class in, this one will make thirty minutes pass quickly!
