We have capacities for each class. You have to pre-book for all classes. If this is your first time attending , pls come 10 minutes earlier to reception.
Contactless check-in
Check in on reception and sign the waiver before class.
Equipment policies
All members need to be wearing grip socks for all reformer, tower, and chair classes. We take onetime show up seriously, no entry to classes if 5 minutes late.
Limited amenity access
We have bathrooms but no access to showers
