How to prepare

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that will feel comfortable to sweat in. Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat (we have all of these if you forget). Please note: Mats are available to rent for $2, and towels are $1.

How to get there

You must arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the required class waiver, otherwise you will not be permitted to participate in class

Great class with Lauren! Medium to fast paced vinyasa with lots of mods for all levels. Some deeper poses and just a couple of optional hand balances. Small class of only 6 people today. I love moxie because its just about breath and movement which is why I enjoy yoga. There is no chanting in Sanskrit and no singing at Moxie. Class is to music. Bonus aromatherapy at the end in savasana! Ahhhh! Im coming back.

Challenging class - focus on strength building. I appreciated the hands-on assists and the variety of more advanced poses. I will be back!

Loved Nina's energy. Music was great, though I wouldn't say it was the focus of the class by any means. Good progression of poses. Not a difficult class but good to go back to fundamentals for more experienced yogis - I appreciated the opportunity to work on alignment and strength which Nina cued well

Irene is the perfect instructor for a fundamentals morning class. Patient, calm voice, and guides us through each movement while reminding us what to focus on (and to not worry about what you look like!). Great for all levels if you want to focus on deeper stretches and core stability.

Great no-frills class, room temperature is perfectly warm to work up a light sweat, positive instructor. Will be back!

Lauren is my favorite teacher at moxie! Her classes are always challenging, rewarding, and make me feel ready for anything.
MOXIE Fundamentals with Tanya
This class was great for revisiting basic postures in yoga (for those getting back into their practice). The pace was good, youll work up a sweat and Tonya builds in variations for those who need it so advanced yogis will get something out of this class too.
