How to prepare

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that will feel comfortable to sweat in. Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat (we have all of these if you forget). Please note: Mats are available to rent for $2, and towels are $1.

How to get there

You must arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the required class waiver, otherwise you will not be permitted to participate in class

been to moxie a few times and been happy. not a fan of this instructor Mark though

Great class! Interesting variations on namaskar A with Sphinx pose, and logical vinyasa sequence. It moves pretty fast for a true 'all levels' class, so beginners would probably get lost, but the cues from this instructor are clear, if you have a general familiarity with yoga. Hands-on adjustments were helpful for those of us who are a little less flexible.

Chase was a fantastic instructor and brought a unique perspective to how to achieve some of the more complex poses.

What is ClassPass?
