About this studio

MOXIE’s intention is to offer yoga adapted for the modern lifestyle by teaching only that which is essential for a balanced physical practice in order to welcome all schools of thought. Our classes are all Power Yoga classes including our signature approach to Power Yoga which includes the MOXIE Method and MOXIE Fundamentals classes. The MOXIE Method is a form of power yoga that is physically inspired and based on modifications of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa system. What sets the MOXIE METHOD apart is the framework of fundamental postures that provides for a vigorous yet balanced practice that is scalable and evolving. Power Yoga Classes are based on the individual instructor's interpretation of an athletic yoga class. All of our classes are 55 mins designed to be efficient.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that will feel comfortable to sweat in. Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat (we have all of these if you forget). Please note: Mats are available to rent for $2, and towels are $1. Arrive early, studio doors are locked at class start time in order to protect the facility.

How to get there

Arrive early as studio doors are locked upon class start time. We are unable to make class schedule adjustments or cancellations when made through ClassPass.

Small intimate classes, good attention given to students. Heated.

The instructor seemed to be a beginner. She didn’t have a plan for the class and transitions were non existent. Her teaching style was very negative. I would not come back to this class.

Laura is the best! Loved her flow tonight, it was just the right amount of challenging for my Friday evening.

Irene’s class is a mind blowing mixture of calm, even slow pacing, and challenging poses in a sequence unlike any I’ve done before. I have years of hot power classes, and I like Irene’s slightly slower but still muscular teaching. The room is lightly heated, and I always feel stronger and healthier afterwards.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
