About this studio

More-Athletic's Strength Sessions are 30-minute classes, primarily in bodyweight strength training. Their classes will feel like a cross between personal training, group fitness and a structured, athletic programme. They are based in 5-star Le Meridien Hotel in the heart of Piccadily, providing a lovely, quiet environment to train in. With a max of 4 per class, you're sure to get the attention you need to get the most out of every second. Suitable for one-off drop-in sessions; ideal for multiple time per week group PT. How to prepare

LOGISTICS: Towels, lockers, showers, shower gel, shampoo and hair-dryers are all provided. Open gym time and pool use sadly not included. Please try to be ready for the class just 5-minutes early and mentally prepare to show them what you got! Tell reception you're here for the classes and they'll point you to the upstairs section of the gym. MIND: Then get ready to concentrate, give your all and get the most out of every set, imagining how your body would adapt to regular, serious, high-frequency strength sessions. That's what they're about!

How to get there

We are in the hotel gym at Le Meridien Piccadilly. Enter the Hotel by the main entrance, then go down the stairs on your right... Follow the sign and you'll find the Health Club. Report in at the reception, tell them you're here to see Tom Whelan. They will arm you with towels and point you to the changing rooms. Once you're ready, find your way to the upstairs portion of the gym and you'll find us on the red and black mats (probably running 2 minutes behind our schedule).

What is ClassPass?
