About this studio

MNTSTUDIO is more than just a place where you go to exercise. It's a community, a place where you can, through exercise and meaningful connections, improve your life and transform into a happier, healthier, more vibrant YOU. MNT offers four main types of classes: Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, MNTbarre, and Yoga in a clean, chic, and supportive environment. All classes are 50 minutes long. Interested in a more intimate, tailored experience? MNT offers Private Pilates sessions as well. When you walk through the door, you'll always be greeted by the friendly front desk staff who will answer any questions you have, help you get settled and show you where you need to go for your class. Classes are fun, inclusive, athletic, and designed to deliver serious results.

How to prepare

If it's your first time, please arrive 15 minutes before class so that the MNT staff can get you checked in and show you around. MNT requires that you wear socks that cover the entire foot for all classes except yoga. Grip socks are recommended so that you don't slip. They are sold in the MNT boutique if you need a new pair.

Power Reformer with Trish
This class was super hard and challenging which I LOVED! Trish is a wonderful instructor! She has great control of her class, gave a lot of hands-on corrections and has a really good eye to make sure that everyone is in the correct form. She also played really good music and there werent any annoying car alarm noises that made me want to leave the class. I will definitely come back and take her class again!

Didnt feel like a boot camp style class. It the overall workout was pretty good. Would have liked more cardio and less stretching

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
