About this studio

Milo and the Bull is a boutique fitness studio moments from Clapham Junction offering rowing, HIIT, yoga and Pilates classes alongside personal training. They believe that it takes consistent hard work and effort to achieve any fitness goal, and this is exactly what they require from you! Their aim is to build you, not break you. Between their innovative, low impact rowing classes and their yoga and Pilates program, they have everything you need to revel in your journey to improve your health and fitness.

How to prepare

They advise members to wear suitable sportswear and trainers, bring a water bottle and arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for the class. All equipment is provided, so no need to bring your yoga mat.

What is ClassPass?
