About this studio

Mecha's RESISTANCE classes follow the Lagree Method to build deep core strength, long and lean muscles, balance and flexibility, improved concentration, and a body that is less prone to injury. Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes consist of a sequence of sprints, time trials, and endurance intervals on VersaClimbers and Schwinn Airdyne Bikes. Everything we do is low-impact and friendly to your joints and connective tissue.

How to prepare

Grip socks are required for all RESISTANCE classes for safety and sanitary purposes. If you don't have any, they are available for purchase at the studio. For all HIIT classes, we require athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle. We provide complimentary sweat towels during class and refreshing cold cloths when you're done.
