About this studio

Mecha's RESISTANCE classes follow the Lagree Method to build deep core strength, long and lean muscles, balance and flexibility, improved concentration, and a body that is less prone to injury. Our CARDIO+ classes consist of a sequence of sprints, time trials, and endurance intervals on VersaClimbers, Schwinn Airdyne Bikes, SkiErgs, and more. Everything we do is low-impact and friendly to your joints and connective tissue. Our Circuit classes consist of 40 seconds of intense work followed by 20 seconds recovery at a variety of stations. You'll use VersaClimbers, Schwinn Airdyne bikes, Concept 2 SkiErgs, Rope Trainers, TRX, resistance bands, soft plyo boxes, and more. Each class is different! Everything we do is low-impact and friendly to your joints!

How to prepare

Grip socks are worn for hygiene and safety in our RESISTANCE classes. We sell them in the studio. You can go barefoot if you want, but we don't recommend it. For all CARDIO+ classes, we require athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle. We provide complimentary sweat towels during class and refreshing cold cloths when you're done.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
