About this studio

Mecha's RESISTANCE classes follow the Lagree Method to build deep core strength, long and lean muscles, balance and flexibility, improved concentration, and a body that is less prone to injury. Our CARDIO+ classes utilize VersaClimbers, Schwinn Airdyne Bikes, SkiErgs, and more. Everything we do is low-impact and friendly to your joints and connective tissue. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts. If it's your first time at Mecha, you must arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late entry to class is not allowed.

How to prepare

Grip socks are worn for hygiene and safety in our RESISTANCE classes. We sell them in the studio. You can go barefoot if you want, but we don't recommend it. For all CARDIO+ classes, we require athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle. We provide complimentary sweat towels during class and refreshing cold cloths when you're done. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts. If it's your first time at Mecha, you must arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late entry to class is not allowed.

PUMPED CIRCUIT with Justin
Justin is a diligent instructor and he and the staff were great about making sure I knew what to expect from this first class. His class is challenging but really fun. He will push you to your limit and you’ll love every second of it. Easily one of the hardest classes I’ve ever done but also one of my new favorites!

Taken this class before with Adrianna and loved it, but Justin made me second guess why I go to Mecha. Lots of negative reinforcement and just kind of mean. Not a great experience and a mediocre workout overall.

Lends is AMAZING. She challenges me every week, but does so in a very caring way. She’s personable and makes everyone feel welcome. I would recommend her class to anyone!

Not a fan of Kari but I’m a huge fan of these classes and have loved all of the other instructors I’ve had at MECHA - it was still a good workout.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
