About this studio

Mecha's RESISTANCE classes follow the Lagree Method to build deep core strength, long and lean muscles, balance and flexibility, improved concentration, and a body that is less prone to injury. Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes consist of a sequence of sprints, time trials, and endurance intervals on VersaClimbers and Schwinn Airdyne Bikes. Everything we do is low-impact and friendly to your joints and connective tissue. Our HIIT Circuit classes consist of 40 seconds of intense work followed by 20 seconds recovery at a variety of stations. You'll use VersaClimbers, Schwinn Airdyne bikes, Concept 2 SkiErgs, Rope Trainers, TRX, resistance bands, soft plyo boxes, and more. Each class is different! Everything we do is low-impact and friendly to your joints!

How to prepare

Grip socks are required for all RESISTANCE classes for safety and sanitary purposes. If you don't have any, they are available for purchase at the studio. For all HIIT classes, we require athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle. We provide complimentary sweat towels during class and refreshing cold cloths when you're done.

What is ClassPass?
