Her way of teaching feels unique, laid back and professional. I like that she doesn't focus too much on the chanting and mantras that sometimes come with classes and might not be everyone's cup of tea. Really good class, highly recommended!

First came in with a sore lower back (something I’ve struggled on and off with for years), he listened to my concerns and tailored the session to exactly what I needed.
