Though I am a fan of yoga, I don’t believe it’s essential to have any yoga experience for this kind of massage. Particularly because Helena is extremely warm-spirted and knowledgable, so there’s no doubt you’re in safe hands. She took the time to really understand any areas of concern, and tailored her approach in a way that ensured I was 100% comfortable. I genuinely felt so at ease, it’s probably the first time I’ve been able to fully switch off in a while! I left feeling suuuper refreshed and like I’d had a really good stretch (picture your morning stretch dial up the satisfaction to 100). Ultimately, it was an incredible 120 min treatment and I met a truly lovely soul. I can’t stress how much I would recommend AYM, but more importantly, with Helena! Looking forward to booking again. ☺️
