About this studio

MADabolic Austin prides itself on their focus of everyday strength & athleticism. Three essential elements make up the MAD namesake and the fitness program: Momentum, Anaerobic and Durability. Their diverse exercises and equipment sets are built to complement an active lifestyle and the natural movements of the body, making them great for everyday fitness. You might handle intense, short bursts of activity, enhance fluidity and rotational force with boxing or fight for power and stability with heavy lifting.

How to prepare

Arrive at least 10 minutes early. Doors lock right at the start of class - for everyone. Get stretched and warmed up, but there will always be a warm-up and a demo of all the movements for the day. No surprises! Water fountains and towels are available.

How to get there

Located at 440 E St Elmo Rd. E-1, in the up and coming "The Yard" development, located beside Still Austin, St. Elmo Brewery and Spokesman Coffee. Once in The Yard look for the bright teal entrance door and MAD sign through the garage. Plenty of free parking.

You might not be able to tell by looking at me, but I’ve been to a million boot camp style classes all around this town. This place is fantastic. Well-run, super organized, good stretching/safety focus, and crazy friendly staff. II will definitely return!

Hey there! Thanks for the 5 rating! I'd love to learn more about your "not the best for beginners" note. We're strong believers that our program is perfect for the first-timer. We're extremely focused on form and safety in our workouts, whether it's your first time, or 100th. We feel it makes much more sense for a beginner to come and train in an environment with such high standards for movement and technique so they learn the correct way from the beginning. Regardless, I do encourage you to continue the dialogue, as we're always eager to receive feedback and learn more! :) - Jon (Owner/Operator)

What is ClassPass?
