I booked this session to use up a lot of remaining credits at the end of the month. Sad to say, I was pretty disappointed in my session. It’s great in theory, but 30 minutes simply wasn’t enough time to accomplish anything considering the time required for the consult, etc. The price (or in this case, credits) for value just wasn’t there.

How to prepare

They encourage you to attend your stretching session in loose-fitting pants and shirt. Please wear socks. If you wish to change prior to your session then they recommend that you arrive 15 minutes earlier to allow time to change clothing and check-in. A LYMBR session is built in three stages - a brief but important assessment, your personalized one-on-one stretch, which is the majority of the session , and a brief review of work done and recommendations. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit to complete a simple check-in.

What is ClassPass?
