Really hard which I appreciated- however I don’t know if running outside in a windchill of 20 degrees made sense.

overall good class, directions are a bit vague, but all trainers are great. make sure to bring your water, towel and a lock.

Workout wasn’t what I had expected for Crossfit.

Very disappointing class. The whole class consisted of 1000 step-ups while the instructor watches. That’s it. It wasn’t CrossFit, HIIT, or strength. Equivalent to hiking in-place for 40 minutes on a wood box with no view or walking up the stairs in your condo for 40 minutes. If the gym is doing some members-only challenge week or something like that, please take yourself off of classpass.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
