About this studio

Our full-body, high-intensity workouts incorporate free weights, kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls, suspension trainers, drive sleds and more to burn fat, strengthen and tone muscle, and boost metabolism. Classes are limited to 15 people to allow for more personal attention within the motivating team atmosphere, and we are the ONLY gym in the city where every coach holds a bachelor’s degree in an exercise-related field. All fitness levels are welcome!

Stopped in for the 11 am strength class and loved it! Pat was welcoming upon arrival and gave me all the paper work to sign. Mo was the instructor and was super kind and accommodating and made sure to check in with me to modify certain exercises and / or show me the proper form. Small gym. No locker room or shower but has a cool vibe to it and very knowledgeable staff / owners. Ill definitely be back!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
