Safety & cleanliness
Safety guidelines are provided by Kracht Amsterdam and were last updated on 7/28/20.
Make sure you are in good health. Not only for your own safety but also for the safety of your fellow Kracht training buddies.Go home if you:- feel sick or unwell;- have a cough;- were ill last week;- have housemates who are ill;- have a fever.Wash your hands before you come to Kracht.
Social distancing measures
Athletes need to walk to the workstations by following the marked line.Stick to your workout spot throughout the class. You may only leave your workout spot if you have the express permission of your coach.
All athletes will have their own individual cleaning equipment.Wait until the coach gives you the instruction to bring the material back to where it belongs.Once the equipment has been stored again, the athlete departs and the next athlete is called by the coach.
Make sure you sign up for a class and follow the walking directions.
