About this studio

Kondi Fitness is Vancouver's premiere fitness studio for group classes. They offer different types of classes to give you a full body workout using treadmills, TRX, resistance bands and pilates/callanetics tools.

How to prepare

All classes require running shoes. Come well hydrated and eat lightly 2-3 hours prior to your class. The studio is a fragrance free zone so please refrain from wearing perfume or other heavily scented products as some clients are highly allergic.

Ilana. Love her. Actually tho. Babe with a body and the sweetest little heart. She will push you and work you because she is the best. Take her class. It is deadly, but so so worth it!

This was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. Some of the moves were also confusing and I wasn't too sure if i was doing it right so come prepared.
Combo with Lisa
Its a really tough workout but I liked it. Lisa, the instructor, was welcoming and encouraging. I highly recommend her and the class.
TRX with Julian
Julian is really nice and motivating! He offers adjustments in case the moves are too difficult but also encourages people to push beyond what they believe theyre capable of. Overall awesome workout- absolutely kicked my butt.

What is ClassPass?
