About this studio

Kondi Fitness is Vancouver's premiere fitness studio for group classes. They offer different types of classes to give you a full body workout using treadmills, TRX, resistance bands and pilates/callanetics tools.

How to prepare

All classes require running shoes. Come well hydrated and eat lightly 2-3 hours prior to your class. The studio is a fragrance free zone so please refrain from wearing perfume or other heavily scented products as some clients are highly allergic.

Amazing class
TRX with Deanna
TRX is a fav class of mine - heavy on the toning and less on the cardio. Love this studio but man you guys kill me when you count down slow - just do a regular 5 second count down please! Also I like how TRX incorporates a bit of cardio but I prefer when its 5 mins of sprints led by the instructor instead of just running at my own pace. Every instructor is a bit diff so just try them all out until you find whos class is your fav!

Such a challenge as a newbie to TRX! I appreciated that the instructor took the time to teach the newcomers how to use the equipment before class started. All the same, I was weaving a bit on my walk home! XD

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
