We have rugged cleaning schedules that we maintain to minimize any possible issues that could come from unhygienic practices.
Equipment policies
We can supply you with everything you need to be able to participate in our classes. All you need to wear is clothing that is unrestrictive and stretchy that will parallel with situations where you are either grabbing or being grabbed.
