How to prepare

Please make sure to bring a water bottle and towel. Mats will be provided.

How to get there

They are tucked away at the rear of 96 Nicholson St, opposite the entrance of the Nike Factory. You'll need to enter via Little Nicholson St which can be accessed from Gipps St (opposite Weylandts) or Mollison St. Keep an eye out for their giant flamingo logo down the alleyway.
