Kenergy is a Pilates studio founded by Karina Ramirez. This studio believes the pilates method is a post-rehabilitation tool and enhances athletic performance at all levels. MUST have Reformer experience or have taken a private class with Carina before booking a class.

How to prepare

Please bring toe socks! MUST have Reformer experience or have taken a private class with Carina before booking a class.

How to get there

The studio is located in the WOW District, West Of Wynwood. Those that are NEW CLIENTS to the studio, please arrive at least 5 mins early to sign waiver and be set up. Those that do not arrive 5 mins early will be denied class due to disruption to class and as a curtesy to all other clients.
