How to prepare
*If this is your first ride at JoyRide, please arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes early in order to set you up on your bike and introduce you to the instructor. We recommend wearing a tank top or t-shirt and comfortable leggings or shorts. If you are new to cycling, it's fine to wear sneakers as most of the bikes have clips for cycling shoes on one side of the pedal and a cage for sneakers on the other side. It's a good idea to bring a water bottle. Hydration is key! There is a water cooler in every studio, and bottled water available for purchase.
