About this studio

IM=X stands for Integrated Movement Xercize. It's an elite fitness formula that marries the muscle toning and lengthening benefits of Pilates with strength and cardio training to increase flexibility, endurance and muscle tone, while strengthening the spine and abdominal core! They are a small personal studio with most classes accommodating 10 members or fewer but we offer a variety of classes including Xercizer (reformer), TRX, Yoga, Pilates Mat, Tower and Hybrids!

How to prepare

Sticky socks are required for Xercizer classes. They are available for purchase at the studio for $16/$18.

Solid strength based workout! I liked the few minutes of cardio mixed in- not too much not too little! Might be nice to see a board with the planned workout so that you can decide how much to push/conserve.

What is ClassPass?
