Mask-wearing policies

WHO guidelines state that masks should not be worn during exercise but if you choose to wear your own mask before and after classes, or during a low intensity class such as meditation or stretch, then this is fine!

Social distancing measures

We are maintaining 2m social distancing at all times, and you must arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your class. Please queue outside the main entrance and wait for a staff member to invite you in.

Extra sanitation

All equipment and high touch points will be sanitised in between classes. Please use the wipes and spray bottles provided to sanitise any equipment you use at the end of class, and any surfaces you may touch in the bathrooms. Hand sanitiser gel is available in the foyer and reception area.

We have reduced class capacity numbers to maintain safe social distancing
