Extra sanitation
Our water has no chlorine and is double filtered. We use an oxidizing solution to keep it clean and fresh. All equipment and touch surfaces are wiped down after each session.

Maximum class size is 12 people.
Equipment policies
We provide mats, eye-masks, and headsets. Please bring your own towel. If you don't we can provide one for a charge. Bathing suit must be worn for cold plunge tub at all times.
Limited amenity access
We have no showers. Cubbies for storage are on a first-come basis.
