About this studio

Uptown’s yoga studio is welcoming, eclectic, fresh, diverse and vigorous in nature. HeartYoga has a unique take on vinyasa which allows students to flow at their own pace within ever-changing “take it, leave it, or modify it” sequences structured by our passionate teachers. This freedom of expression and movement with breath empowers students to explore what it means to be truly authentic and work beyond their ordinary limits in order to live more vibrant, loving and engaged lives. If you're ready to try something new, HeartYoga will take your practice to a deeper level. Come be a part of this growing community where the city’s yoga teachers practice alongside yogis of all backgrounds and levels.

HeartYoga is located above the smoke shop. Don’t get distracted by their neon, Vegas strip style signage. Come upstairs!

Jason is the best yoga teacher!! This class really helped me start my day!

Like others have said, this is a very fast-paced class and is self directed throughout the class. I really enjoyed the teacher— she has a very grounded, authentic presence. Just know that you will not get cued into postures or get deepening cues on form. We basically moved through a sequence twice with the instructor, then we moved on our own at our own pace on that sequence for a few minutes. I believe the idea is that you can achieve mindfulness through a state of constant movement and expression. While I respect that, I prefer going slowly through the first round in a sequence and find strength and stillness in each posture, then flow vigorously. Also, just a heads up that there wasn’t much of a warm up so come early to give yourself your own warm up if your body needs. We basically just went straight into Sun A.

FYI: Not for beginners AMAZING CLASS. Extreme sweat. Very difficult, great music, free flow, awesome instructor, highly recommend if you are looking to push yourself and sweat a lot!!

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
