Hot Vinyasa Flow with Robyn
amazing my first time and was really motivated by Robin shes amazing
Hot Yoga Power Hour with Robyn
the studio was beautiful, and the instructor was upbeat and very friendly. I got a killer workout in and sweat my butt off! My one complaint is that I did not enjoy the music that went along with the Power Hour hot yoga. It was just music I did not enjoy and I found it hard to tune out while I was working out.
Gently Heated Vinyasa Flow with Robyn

Gently Heated Vinyasa Flow with Urbanek
Not much of a flow, not dynamic, very beginner
Gently Heated Power Hour with Sarah
This was a power hour, which really brought in more cardio elements to yoga. Great instructor!
Hot Vinyasa Flow with Erin
Great stuff!
Hot Yoga Power Hour with Inga
Wow. I was impressed with this power hour class - I’m an advanced yogi and I was sweating and actually felt like I got a good workout in which is honestly hard to find in Milwaukee (unlike big cities like Chicago , nyc, Denver etc). Would definitely come back

Candle Light Yin Yoga with Amy
