Ventilation system
We have fans, dehumidifiers and HVAC that maintain the ideal workout environment for our members. But naturally, the room warms up as the workout progresses.
Extra sanitation
After classes, each member is responsible for sanitizing their own heavy bag and workout station.
Equipment policies
16 oz gloves can be provided to borrow. However, it is best to provide your own gloves or you can purchase gloves from the front desk.
