Instructor was a substitute, but she seemed to get a bit confused and kept messing up instructions

Disappointing, the spin bikes are old and clunky and after each song there was a long pause while the instructor checked the programme for the next song. Not an impressive spin class

About this studio

The Habit network began in 2003 as a single health, fitness and rehabilitation centre in central Wellington’s Johnston Street. A market leader at the time, Habit delivered a premium gym solution with integrated physiotherapy, nutrition and personal training. This naturally lead to other services to provide a wrap-around care model including psychology and occupational therapy. This unique approach is one of the reasons why Habit facilities have won multiple industry awards since their inception. Along with a full range of high-end equipment and personal trainers, Habit Gyms also include physical rehabilitation clinics and on-site nutritionists. This unique combination means members can quickly reach optimum health outcomes.

How to prepare

Wear athletic clothing and footwear, come prepared to sweat! For yoga and Pilates wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. Bring a mat if you have one. For Pilates and Barre you need socks with grip on them. For cycling, many members bring cycling shoes with SPD cleats.

What is ClassPass?
