About this studio

H-Kore is a Lagree fitness studio in Hong Kong. The Lagree Fitness method combines high intensity training with low impact moves and constant muscle engagement, the combination of which results in increased strength, improved mobility, and flexibility. Their classes are designed to get the most out of you in 45 minutes.

How to prepare

Welcome to H-Kore! Strengthen stretch and sweat with us in one of our three signature classes. Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class to register on our system, and for us to explain the Megaformer machine to you. Latecomers will not be admitted and your credit will be forfeited. YogaKore / CircuitKore classes are NOT taught on the Megaformers All new students will be provided with H-Kore non socks. No socks, no class, so please remember to bring these with you each time. The H-Kore Quarry Bay Studio is located at 12/F Dorset House, Taikoo Place, Quarry Bay. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter class.

Chiva is good as she gave clear instructions. The class size is okay. 7 of us in a class. It would be good if more direction about if the poses are correct

Intense workout, not suitable for people who don't exercise regularly, but Eleanor is very attentive and correct our poses when something is wrong. Nice and neat studio too!

What is ClassPass?
