How to prepare

If it's your first class, come a few minutes early to get yourself organized! We have private lockers, and offer complimentary workout towel service, plus a pH 9.5 balanced Kangen water machine to keep you hydrated! We have private bathrooms and showers that you are welcome to use, including shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, bath towels and hair dryers!

How to get there

This facility is a fob access facility, so be sure to buzz in at the front door so we can let you in!

WTF (Wicked Tough Friday's) with Ryan
I wasn't given a tour of the facility, although it was my first time there.. I wasn't given fo sign a waiver or explained the policies of the place. the instructor was nice and he didn't introduce himself, he didn't ask at the beginning if we have any injuries or limitations. the class was supposed to be until 7.30 but he finished at 7.10 pm. very disappointed

Jon is super friendly and approachable. He gets right into it with 30-60 second drills. The warm up is individual and the technique you do by cycling through partners. He starts with basics and builds as you go. I really enjoyed it and would recomend it to all skill levels.

What is ClassPass?
