About this studio

Each Circuit Class will train all components of fitness through cardio activities, weight training and body weight exercises, conditioning drills and flexibility work. Each Yoga instructor has their own unique class and will vary in style. We offer Power Yoga, Hatha Flow, Asthanga and more!

Good workout overall but only 2 other people showed up so it wasn’t a high energy class. Did exercise rotations so it wasn’t too intense and the instructor was able to correct our form. It was just one round of core, one cardio, and one conditioning.

Very challenging class and you definitely feel sore for a few days. Signs of a great workout! Johnathan was a wonderful and energetic instructor. Would recommend!

What is ClassPass?
