About this studio

Each Circuit Class will train all components of fitness through cardio activities, weight training and body weight exercises, conditioning drills and flexibility work. Each Yoga instructor has their own unique class and will vary in style. We offer Power Yoga, Hatha Flow, Asthanga and more!

Instructor was nice but only 3 people there and so lacked energy and atmosphere.

Great circuit training class...challenging but you can modify to your fitness level.

it's a well structured class. I loved it. My instructor was knowledgeable and was accommodating of my needs. I would go again.
Kettlebell Sculpt with Jonathan
If you like kettlebells, this is the class for you! Very intimate setting; its like having a personal trainer for a whole hour! Jonathan was very energetic & positive and took a genuine interest in correcting our form/posture when necessary.
