Sarah's Women's Class
Sarah was very attentive. She made sure I knew the technique I was aiming for and helped me figure out how to achieve it. This seemed like a close nit class of regulars and they were very opening and welcoming to the newbie.
Intro to Boxing
Dave gave great instruction, form correction, and gave me everything I needed to know to start my boxing practice. He has years of experience, and his gym is old school and no bs
Basics and Beyond
This technical class with Dave was great! Felt like a private lesson and really helped develop my mechanics.
Sarah's Women's Class
Amazing class. Sarah is super knowledgable and patient. Great vibe even for a newbie
Basics and Beyond
This was not a traditional workout class, but the instructor, Dave, showed us the fundamentals of boxing including stance, basic punches, and how to move in the ring. We had a blast and now have the basic skills to expand upon.
Basic Self-Defense
Well, the class wasnt happening but they had me hop in the ring and do conditioning but it was a blast. Ill be back.
Intro to Boxing
Dave was hilarious and extremely knowledgeable. We were just a small group and he took time to give each of us tips. I was a little nervous with no experience coming in, but I'm really glad I tried this out!
Sarah's Women's Class
the class is at 5:30 not at 5 which makes it so much easier to get to after work! Casey was an amazing teacher :)
Sarah's Women's Class
Class is actually at 530. Sarah is a technical teacher and easy to follow her instruction, very welcoming spirit. She breaks down the obvious testosterone in an indie boxing place.
Gib's Group Workout
Great workout, friendly people. Gib is great at explaining things, so this is good even for beginners (like me), but I'd recommend taking their intro to boxing class first if you're brand new to boxing. You'll definitely get an arm workout, and get to spar if you want to.
