Reformers and mats are well spaced out, ensuring clients have sufficient room to move and stay safe.

Extra sanitation

All equipment is sanitised between classes along with regular deep cleaning of the studio.

Limited capacity

Maximum class size is 8 people. Our group classes are kept to a limited capacity to ensure we can teach the bodies in front of us and deliver our signature personalised approach to movement.
