Very relaxing way to start the week. I highly recommend this class.

The class was fine but the room was so hot that it was warm-hot yoga. Im 4 and 1/2 months pregnant and was told to stay away from hot yoga so I left after 40 minutes.

Guided rest but not much more. No real stretch, no real therapeutic postures. Very basic. Instructor had a soothing style.
