SO fun! Body Groove is a great way to step outside your comfort zone (or, right into your comfort zone!) and be accepted into a welcoming, fun, dancing space! Thanks, Gaby, for a great class of teaching, learning, and fun!

Anna was very nice. The class is full so its nice. Individual attention is given despite the number of people. Very clean place.

Gaby is so much fun. This is very much a go at your own pace class and skill (no pressure at all). Will definitely come back. Very fun and unique. Helps build strength and balance for sure.

Gaby is kind and welcoming and super energetic and has created a series of fun dances set to fun songs. There’s a clear sense of community in the class, but it doesn’t make it hard to join in on the fun. My only criticism is that for a beginner, seeing steps a couple more times and a little more slowly could be helpful.

What is ClassPass?
