Adam is a great instructor! Even when the classes are larger, he still manages to make sure that every person is exercising with the correct weights. I leave every class feeling so sore but also very happy.

Adams classes are great. He always makes sure you are properly warmed up and ready to work. Also hes totally willing to customize the class once he finds out what youre looking for, so if you go once and arent crazy about it take the time to talk to talk to him. Hell more than likely make some changes in the next class if he sees you on the list
