Fierce45® is Denver's Premiere High Intensity Pilates Studio that combines high-intensity, low impact and mindful movement for one of the most efficient workouts! At Fierce45, they have perfected the art of high-intensity-resistance-training to bring you the best full-body workout ever. Utilizing only one-of-a-kind resistance machines and body weight exercises, each session provides the most effective cardio, strength, and balance exercises possible. With heart-pumping music that matches your sky-high heart rate and your #FierceFam sweating next to you, your body and mind will drop into a meditation in no time. How to prepare

Please bring sticky socks, a water bottle, and your badass self! First time?? Please arrive no less than 15 minutes before the class start time, as a machine and studio walkthrough is required beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to take class even if you have taken a similar method in the past. Thanks for understanding! Sticky socks are required for class. Please bring your own, or you my purchase a pair at the studio.

How to get there

Located in the historic East Park Hill neighborhood, the Hilltop studio sits on the corner of 3rd and Holly. Take Colorado Blvd. to 6th Ave East, then take a right on Holly. Parking is located in the lot to the west of the studio.

damn. i’ve done lots of exercise in the past year - weight lifting, hiit, soulcycle, crossfit.... this one was the weirdest and most challenging by far. it’s not that it’s not difficult - it is - but going slow, doing what are essentially weighted, lengthening stretches that pushes the edge of your range of motion? Thats gonna kick your butt. and, as a dude, i can professionally (unprofessionally) tell you that we do not do enough glutes. go to this class.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
