About this studio
Feel Your Best Fitness aims to inspire their clients to lead more active and healthier lives. Each session is designed to challenge your mind and body to be at its best, focusing on boosting your energy levels, toning up and burning fat. Each class in always different, making sure you don't get bored and your body is always challenged. Classes can involve boxing, cardio and strength circuits, high intensity intervals, kettlebells and battle-rope training, plus much more. Feel Your Best Fitness train outdoors in the fresh air with a small group of positive and supportive people who encourage each other to do their best. All equipment including exercise mats, boxing gloves and inserts is provided. Please bring water, a positive attitude and lots of energy.

Meeting place is in between the playground and the lake, on Ley Street side of Neil McDougall Park.
