About this studio

FAST has been serving residents of Chandler for over ten years. Their strength training classes focus on building a foundation of health that allows their clients to do the things they love most - whether that be recreational sports, completing marathons, hiking with their kids or high school and professional athletics. Their trainers all carry degrees in Kinesiology or Exercise Wellness, and all focus on technique, injury prevention and lasting fitness results. The program is led by their FAST Manager, a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, certified through the NSCA.

How to prepare

Come prepared to get sweaty! Wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes. They have a water cooler, but recommend bringing your own water bottle to refill as well. Towels and mats are provided, but bring your own if you prefer. Don't be afraid to speak up if you aren't comfortable with an exercise, or are unfamiliar. Their trainers are knowledgeable on exercises, form and anatomy and happy to go into additional explanations about how the workouts and exercises are benefiting you!

How to get there

The gym is located just East of Arizona Avenue, on the south side of Willis Road. Suite 10 is on the north side of the building.

What is ClassPass?
