Studio Fitness is now FACET SEVEN FITNESS - a hybrid gym, bringing various types of fitness training modalities into one spacious facility with an old school boxing gym feel. Offering tons of classes including Barre, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Pilates and Boot Camps; whatever your fitness goals may be, FACET SEVEN FITNESS has you covered.

How to prepare

Be sure to bring a refillable water bottle. Towels are provided. Please note that boxing gloves are required for kickboxing classes and are available to rent at $3.00 per class if you don't own a pair. For those new to kickboxing classes, please arrive 15 minutes early for intro/training.

FACET SEVEN FITNESS (formerly Studio Fitness) is in a tan colored building on the corner of 23rd and Lawrence St. (2215 Lawrence St. Houston TX 77008), one block east of Shepherd Dr.

Boot Camp with Rebecca
The instructor (Rebecca) was motivating and ended the class on something fun, which was nice. I wish there had been more variety beyond burpees/frog jumps for working my legs, but this class really kicked my butt!

Good workout . Offensive music
Yoga Sculpt with Kara
A good class. It was a simple yoga flow combined with some arm work outs with weights, a booty focus work out, more flow, ended with stretching. The class was not difficult or complicated but, two days later you feel it. Kara was very sweet and we had a small class.
Mat Pilates with Kattie
Good core and overall body class at a comfortable pace. Knowledgeable instructor and clean facility.

This class was very upbeat - it’s been a few years since I took a barre class and the instructor was very welcoming and had an eye on all the people. I wish there was a few more mirrors (since I’m getting back into it and forgot some of the postures) but the class itself was a great workout.
Strike-Fit Kickboxing* with Alex
It was a good workout, but we only did punches during the workout, no kicks. I would have liked to have some kicks. I also find it much easier to follow the punch patterns when the instructor calls out the name of the punch instead of its number. This instructor called out the punch by number, so participants spent a lot of time trying to figure out the punch combos.

What is ClassPass?
