Carl is aware of everyone's capabilities and takes his time setting up stations to fit a range of students. The class isn't easy but it's so rewarding! I highly recommend this class if you're looking for a challenge or to step outside your comfort zone.

Taylor was awesome! He was super welcoming, encouraging, and knowledgeable. He knew how to modify the workout to fit our needs. Great class and facility.
