Gill was amazing !!! I was a bit nervous going for the first time but gill was so welcoming and checked on me without announcing it (which can be so annoying with some studios) so glad I went, I'll definitely be returning!

Such a good workout! Lifted between 5 and 20 pounds and did quick reps and lots of core and booty work as well. Great technical instruction and positive vibe.
